Information for WorldVia Travel Advisors

Working together with Bespoke Amsterdam Experiences

Bespoke Amsterdam Experiences is proud to work with Worldvia as a trusted provider of private tours and unique experiences throughout Amsterdam, the Netherlands and Belgium. Our aim is to offer tailored, high quality local experiences that align with your clients’ interests and travel style.

We support Worldvia advisors with dedicated planning help, flexible execution, and seamless local service for both bespoke programmes and individual experiences.

Preferred terms for Worldvia

As a preferred supplier for Worldvia Travel, we offer enhanced terms and priority service. All private tours are commissionable at 12 percent. Commission is calculated on the tour price, excluding booking fees, and paid in the month after the tour.

Direct booking for Worldvia advisors

Worldvia advisors can now book a selected range of our tours directly, with real time availability and immediate confirmation. When booking, you will be prompted to enter your Worldvia advisor details, including IATA number, to ensure your commission is correctly attributed.

After a booking is placed, our team will reach out to confirm guest information and any custom requirements. Commissions are calculated at 12 percent on the tour price, excluding booking fees, and are paid in the month after the tour has taken place to Worldvia, with no additional paperwork needed.

What we deliver for Worldvia advisors and your clients

Our focus is on service that reflects the expectations of Worldvia clients. From private city tours to countryside excursions and multi day programmes, our licensed local guides and operations team bring each experience to life with care and professionalism.

We are experienced in designing and delivering bespoke itineraries, as well as fitting individual tours into larger travel plans.

Support for itinerary planning and logistics

In addition to tour bookings, we can assist with full itinerary planning, timing logistics, transfers between cities, and sequencing experiences to maximise your clients’ time in the Netherlands.

Whether your clients need a private art focussed walk, a culinary experience, or a family friendly programme with bespoke pacing, we are here to help you shape it.

If your clients are arriving by sea, our 2026 & 2027 Sea Cruise Calendar shows every scheduled ship call at Amsterdam, Rotterdam and IJmuiden — a handy reference for timing shore excursions and port-day programmes.

Contact and advisor support

For personalised planning, questions or urgent support, WorldVia advisors can contact us via the form below or by email and phone. We prioritise responsiveness and clear communication at every stage of the travel planning process. To make the process of booking for your clients as smooth as possible we are asking you,

– Have as much information about the guests as possible.

– You are the bridge between us and your guests and the more we know about them the more personalised an experience we can give them. Do they have any particular interests or hobbies, anything they particularly dislike/do not wish to do? Small details can often be very important and make the difference between a good tour or a truly amazing one.

– If there is a budget, please let us know.

– We are happy to work with you to design a programme that fits your guests. We understand that changes can sometimes happen, but please be mindful of how much time goes into creating an itinerary.

– Please check any specific details such as hotel, flight numbers, dates of arrival/departure. We understand mistakes can happen, just keep us updated if information is incorrect.

Frequently Asked Questions WorldVia Advisors

Do I need to register or have an agreement to receive preferred terms?

Your status as a Worldvia Travel advisor means enhanced terms apply automatically, you don’t have to register. We just ask you to leave your IATA and name so we know for sure you are connected to Worldvia.

How is my commission calculated?

Commission is based on the tour price and excludes booking platform fees.

When will I receive commission?

Commissions are paid to WorldVia in the month after the tour is completed.

Can I book multiple tours for the same client or can the tour be adjusted?

Yes. You can book individual tours as required or reach out for combined itinerary planning. Once a booking is made, we will contact you to review guest details and discuss any adjustments or special requests you might have.

What support is offered during the tour itself?

Your clients are supported by licensed local guides and backed by our local operations team, available for any questions or assistance needed on the day.

Do you use automated systems or call centres for advisor communication?

Communication is handled directly by our local team in the Netherlands. Advisors work with real people, no AI chatbots, no call centres, and no long waiting times. This ensures fast, clear answers and practical support when planning or adjusting itineraries.

Can you help with fully bespoke, multi day itineraries?

We regularly design multi day itineraries tailored to each client, including private tours, countryside excursions, transfers, and pacing advice. Advisors can use the tour menu as a starting point or rely on us to build a complete programme from scratch.
