Art Zuid op z'n kop, roughly 'ArtZuid turned upside down', sits on the advertising column at the entrance to the ArtZuid 2023 sculpture biennale. Frankey casts himself as a billposter pasting up the programme, and in true Frankey style he turns things around a little along the way.
