Streetart Frankey in Amsterdam Noord
Still there, as far as we know
Cuckoo is Frankey's answer to the Koekoeksplein, whose name means Cuckoo Square. The title calls to mind the bird that pops out of a cuckoo clock on the hour, a straightforward and cheerful piece of wordplay in the heart of Amsterdam Noord.
This Streetart Frankey artwork is on Koekoeksplein, in Amsterdam Noord.
It is one of 32 Streetart Frankey works on our map in Noord. 4 other works are still in place within about ten minutes on foot, so this one is easy to combine with a short Frankey walk.
Frankey's pieces are small and easy to walk past. Once you reach the spot, look up and around: at drainpipes, street signs, bollards and window ledges. If you visit and the work has gone, please tap Gone on its card on the map, so we can keep the map up to date for everyone.
