Top celebrates the topping out of the new DPG Media headquarters, the moment a building reaches its highest point. Frankey marked the occasion with what he called a media circus monkey holding a maypole, a wink at the busy world of newspapers and broadcasting housed inside. DPG Media publishes many of the best-known Dutch and Belgian news titles.
