Wim T. Schippers was a Dutch artist, comedian and television maker whose absurd humour shaped Dutch TV from the 1960s onwards. He created many beloved programmes and characters, and several of his catchphrases have entered everyday Dutch. A fellow prankster in public space, he is a natural subject for Frankey.
