Bespoke Amsterdam Experiences is a specialist Amsterdam DMC for private tours, guides and transfers, working with travel advisors, host agency members and tour operators across the US and internationally. We also handle corporate and MICE programmes. We act as your trusted on-the-ground team in the Netherlands and in the major cities of Belgium, handling guides, tickets, transfers, logistics and bespoke itinerary design so your clients have a seamless, memorable experience and you have complete peace of mind.
What we are, and what we are not. We are a specialist incoming tour operator and ground handler rather than a full-service DMC. We run the touring side of your programme: guides, private transport, museum and attraction tickets, and the day-to-day logistics of the itinerary. We do not book hotels, flights or restaurants. Many advisors prefer it that way, keeping those bookings in-house and handing us the part that needs a local expert on the ground.

We work with FIT travellers, couples, families and private groups of all sizes. Whether your client is a pair of honeymooners or a group of thirty, the experience we deliver feels personal, attentive and thoughtful. We keep tour groups at a maximum of fifteen guests per guide, and ten inside museums, so no guest is ever lost in the crowd.
Our team is available seven days a week and responds to all advisor enquiries within 24 hours. All private tours are available for solo travellers and groups of any size. As your incoming ground operator, we offer commission from 10 percent, with fast payments after the itinerary is completed. Our guides operate in English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish.

Your knowledge of your clients, their travel history, interests, pace and preferences, lets us personalise each experience in ways that make a real difference. A good client profile is worth more than a long list of requirements.
If there is a specific budget to work within, please share it early. This helps us design a programme that fits expectations without unnecessary revisions. We are always happy to adjust and understand that plans can change.
Please double-check practical details such as hotel names, flight numbers and arrival and departure times before sending us a brief. And one thing advisors sometimes ask: we never contact your clients directly. All communication goes through you unless you specifically ask otherwise.

This booking table is designed specifically for travel advisors. You can reserve confirmed tour spots for your clients in real time, while ensuring your 10% commission is correctly tracked. During checkout, you will be asked for your details including your IATA number and company name. After booking, we will contact you to confirm all guest details and any specific requirements. Commissions are paid in the month after the tour has taken place, with no additional administration required.
We work with independent travel advisors, host agency members and agency teams looking for a reliable on-the-ground partner in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and the major cities of Belgium. Our focus is on private, high-quality experiences: FIT programmes, small private groups and bespoke touring, rather than mass-market group tours.
Not in the strictest sense, and we would rather say so plainly. We are an incoming tour operator and ground handler. We design and run the touring part of your programme in the Netherlands and the major cities of Belgium, which covers guides, private transport, museum and attraction tickets, shore excursions, transfers and the day-to-day logistics of the itinerary. We also run corporate and MICE touring programmes.
What we do not do is book hotels, flights or restaurants, source venues or produce full events. Those stay with you. Many advisors prefer that split, since it keeps the bookings they earn on in-house while the on-the-ground detail sits with a local specialist.
The minimum programme is a half-day private tour, and we also design and manage multi-day FIT itineraries across the Netherlands and the major cities of Belgium. We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly in peak season and for museum access. Forty-eight hours is our standard minimum notice for private tours, though we will always try to accommodate rush and last-minute requests where we can.

We respond to all advisor enquiries in under 24 hours. During office hours (8am to 10pm Amsterdam time), our team typically replies immediately. Our advisor team is your main point of contact.
All private tours and experiences are commissionable from 10 percent, varying by volume and programme type. Advisors booking through WorldVia and KHM Travel Group benefit from our negotiated network rates. Commission is paid to your host agency or directly to you, in the month after the tour takes place.
Yes. We specialise in bespoke itineraries, from a single private city tour to complex multi-day FIT programmes across the Netherlands and Belgium. Our local team in Amsterdam manages the on-the-ground touring logistics, including guides, vehicles, museum tickets, timing and guest communication, and you will have a direct local contact at all times. We can also accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, just let us know at the time of booking.
One caveat on scope: we are a tour operator and ground handler, not a full-service DMC. We do not book hotels, flights or restaurants, so accommodation and dining stay with you.
Yes. While much of our work is FIT and private travel, we also work with groups who want a personal, non-coach-tour experience. We cap groups at fifteen guests per guide, and ten inside museums, to maintain intimacy. Larger parties are split across our guide team.
Yes. We provide private shore excursions from Amsterdam, Rotterdam and other Dutch ports, fully aligned with cruise schedules and with built-in buffer times. If your clients are arriving by sea, our Ocean Cruise Calendar shows every scheduled ship call at Amsterdam, Rotterdam and IJmuiden. If they are arriving by river, our River Cruises Calendar shows the daily-updated schedule of every river ship calling at Amsterdam, Zaandam and Zaanse Schans, with berth, arrival and departure details.
We also arrange private transfers to and from Schiphol Airport, timed around your clients’ flight schedules, along with private half-day layover tours from Schiphol for clients with a longer connection.
If a client cancels 7 or more days before the tour, we refund in full, minus any non-refundable purchases such as pre-booked museum or attraction tickets. Cancellations within 7 days of the tour are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing. Specific terms for multi-day and larger programmes are confirmed at the time of booking.
