Bespoke Amsterdam Experiences is a specialist incoming tour operator in Amsterdam. We design and run the touring part of your client’s trip in the Netherlands and Belgium: the guides, the tickets, the transfers and the logistics in between. Hotels, flights and restaurants stay with you.
We never contact your clients unless you ask us to. Every message goes through you.
At most 15 guests per guide, and 10 inside museums. Larger parties are split across our team of 30+ guides.

There are two ways to book: reserve one of our selected tours straight away, or, for several tours, a bespoke programme or a multi-day trip, choose from the full collection in the Advisor Portal and let us put it together.
Either way, we run the day and you have one local contact the whole time. Commission is paid the month after the tour, to you or your host agency.
A limited selection of our tours can be booked here with live availability. Reserve confirmed spots for your clients in real time. Checkout asks for your IATA number and company name, so your 10% commission is tracked, and after booking we contact you to confirm guest details and any special requests. For all other tours, use the Advisor Portal.

Not strictly. We are an incoming tour operator and ground handler: we run the touring, guiding and ground transport in the Netherlands and Belgium. Hotels, flights, restaurants and event production stay with you.

Yes. Every tour we run is private, so it is built around your clients’ needs rather than squeezed into them. Tell us what they need when you book and we plan the route, the pace and the stops around it: shorter walking stretches, seated breaks and step-free alternatives where they exist. Wheelchairs, walkers and prams are welcome, and we plan city routes with Amsterdam’s cobbles and canal bridges in mind. Where a site is genuinely not accessible, we tell you before you book. For clients who cannot manage the steep stairs of the Anne Frank House, we offer a private, step-free virtual reality experience of the Secret Annex.
All private tours are commissionable from 10%, depending on volume and programme. Commission is paid to you or your host agency the month after the tour. WorldVia and KHM advisors get our negotiated network rates.
Full refund if cancelled in writing 7 or more days before the tour, minus non-refundable purchases such as pre-booked museum tickets. Cancellations within 7 days of the tour are non-refundable. Multi-day programmes have their terms confirmed at booking.
